Our tips to boost hair growth!

Are you trying to grow you hair? Sometimes the process can seem like it can take forever, especially when most people lose around 50-100 hairs each day.

 

While Rapunzel like hair is seemingly easy for some women, for the rest there are simple, yet effective ways to grow your hair faster and keep it healthy. Healthy hair = longer hair.

 

Synthetic dyeing, using heat tools, and highlighting your hair can all be reasons that lead to breakage and slowing down hair growth. We are all guilty of these so it’s always best to learn good hair habits! We’ve asked our Pro Team for their tips and tricks on how to make your hair grow longer and stronger!

 

PRO TEAM Member Laura Kim’s tips:

 

1. Avoid any harsh chemical treatments.

Scalp bleach or chemical straightening could damage your hair and scalp. You need to see a professional to consult if it’s right for you. Remember the fewer chemical treatments, the better and faster your hair will grow.

 

2. Trim your hair regularly.

You can grow your hair even quicker if you trim your hair to avoid further breakage and damage. It may seem counterintuitive, but it can really help! Regular trims means you are getting rid of the split or dead ends that ultimately break your hair.

 

3. Scalp care Is crucial.

When you take good care of your scalp health you will have healthy hair, because hair grows from the scalp!
